This Giveaway is conducted by Iyagi Co. (“Sponsor”) in partnership with Google in connection with Google for Creators. Sponsor funds the prizes and administers the Giveaway, including creator outreach, entry tracking and verification, the two (2) separate random drawings, winner notification and prize fulfillment.

2. GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION

Iyagi Co. Creator Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

Prizes consist of two (2) retailer gift cards with a total approximate retail value of $3,000 USD, one awarded through each of two (2) separate random drawings, as described in Sections 5 and 6:

One (1) $1,500 Best Buy gift card, awarded through the General Invitation drawing
One (1) $1,500 StockX gift card, awarded through the StockX Invitation drawing

The Giveaway begins on October 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 29, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET / 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) (the “Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor will invite eligible creators by email to participate in the Giveaway through one of two invitations: a general creator invitation featuring a Best Buy gift card prize (the “General Invitation”), and an invitation to creators in the fashion, beauty, sports, music and art communities featuring a StockX gift card prize (the “StockX Invitation”). The entry method and eligibility requirements are the same for both invitations. Sponsor will conduct two (2) separate random drawings: one drawing for Entries received through the General Invitation and one drawing for Entries received through the StockX Invitation. Entries from the two invitations will not be combined. One (1) winner will be selected in each drawing, so that exactly one prize is awarded through each invitation and the two winners cannot both come from the same invitation. See Section 5 for details.

By participating in the Giveaway, each participating individual (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the Official Rules set forth herein and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, provided that such decisions are made in accordance with these Official Rules and subject to Sections 10 and 13 and applicable law. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries, as defined below, and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (i) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are 18 years of age or older; (iii) have at least 25,000 followers on at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, or X; (iv) received a Giveaway invitation email from Sponsor or its partners; and (v) had not claimed a Google Search profile through Google for Creators before the start of the Giveaway Period.

Employees of Sponsor, and participating partners, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, follow the link in Sponsor’s Giveaway invitation email and claim your Google Search profile through Google for Creators. Claiming your profile is the only entry action. No reply, form, social media post, tag or profile-link submission is required. Each eligible profile claim completed during the Giveaway Period and verified by Sponsor will count as one (1) entry (an “Entry”). Claiming a Google Search profile is free and is subject to Google’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.

Sponsor will track and verify profile claims. To help ensure your Entry can be verified, complete your claim using the link provided in your invitation email. Claims that cannot be matched to an eligible invited creator may not be counted as Entries. An invited creator who believes a completed claim was not recorded may request a review under Section 13.

If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.

Each Entrant is limited to one (1) Entry during the Giveaway Period, regardless of whether the Entrant received the General Invitation, the StockX Invitation, or both, and regardless of the number of email addresses, social media accounts or usernames/handles the Entrant has. Only claims completed by the Entrant personally will be accepted. No automated or robotic entry devices or programs are permitted, and any use of such methods will void Entries made by such methods. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one Entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial giveaway subscription notification and/or entering services, will void the Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be completed by the end of the Giveaway Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s claim-tracking records will be the official record of the time and validity of an Entry, subject to the review and correction of documented tracking errors under Section 13.

Eligibility Verification

All Entries are subject to verification. Sponsor will verify Entries primarily through its claim-tracking records and invitation records, and Entrants are not required to submit any additional information as a condition of entry. Sponsor may request proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a reasonable form, which may include government-issued photo identification) only: (i) from Selected Entrants and alternates before a prize is awarded; (ii) from a creator who submits a review request under Section 13; or (iii) where Sponsor has a reasonable, documented basis to believe that an Entry may be ineligible, duplicative, automated or fraudulent. Any request will state a reasonable deadline for response. Failure to provide the requested proof by that deadline may result in disqualification in accordance with Section 13.

Sponsor may verify an Entrant’s follower count on Instagram, TikTok and/or X at the time of entry and/or at the time of winner selection. If the identity of an Entrant is disputed, the person who completed the Google Search profile claim and who is the authorized recipient of the Giveaway invitation email address will be deemed to be the Entrant.

5. DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION

Sponsor will conduct two (2) separate random drawings, one for each invitation: (i) one drawing from all eligible Entries received through the General Invitation; and (ii) one drawing from all eligible Entries received through the StockX Invitation. One (1) eligible Entrant will be selected as the potential winner in each drawing (each, a “Selected Entrant”), for a total of two (2) Selected Entrants. Entries from the two invitations will not be combined, and no more than one (1) prize will be awarded through each invitation. An Entry is assigned to the drawing for the invitation whose link was used to complete the profile claim. An Entrant who received both invitations is entered only in the drawing for the invitation whose link they used and is not eligible for the other drawing. No Entrant may win more than one (1) prize. Both random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor on or about October 30, 2026, after the review-request deadline in Section 13 has passed. Sponsor’s decisions are final, subject to Sections 10 and 13. Sponsor will retain records of claim verification and each random drawing.

Odds of winning in each drawing will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received through the applicable invitation.

Before being declared a winner, each Selected Entrant will be notified by email at the address to which the Giveaway invitation was sent, approximately 2 days after the applicable random drawing, that they have been selected as a potential winner (“Notification”). Except where caused by Sponsor’s own error, Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive the Notification, including spam filters, inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or the Selected Entrant’s failure to adequately monitor their email. The Selected Entrant must reply by email within 36 hours of Notification.

The Selected Entrant may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and a Publicity Release (collectively “the Prize Claim Documents”), which:

Confirms compliance with the Official Rules;
Confirms the release of the Released Parties (as defined in Section 8), to the same extent and subject to the same exclusions and limits set out in Sections 8 and 12; and
Grants to the Sponsor where not prohibited by law and with the Selected Entrant’s consent, the right to use the Selected Entrant’s name, social media handle and likeness to announce the winner and in advertising relating to the Giveaway without further compensation.

If a Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be contacted by email within 36 hours of Notification or any Notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) fails to return the Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of Notification; or (iii) is found, based on reasonable evidence as described in Section 13, to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the Selected Entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries in the same invitation’s drawing, so that each invitation continues to have no more than one (1) winner. No substitution of a prize or transfer of the prize by the Selected Entrant to another person is permitted except when approved by Sponsor. The Selected Entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized recipient of the invitation email address and the owner of the claimed Google Search profile associated with the selected Entry.

6. PRIZES

A total of two (2) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per invitation. The winner of the General Invitation drawing will receive the Best Buy gift card, and the winner of the StockX Invitation drawing will receive the StockX gift card:

StockX Invitation: $1,500 StockX gift card

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined is $3,000 USD.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer, including any expiration dates, fees and usage restrictions. Except as provided in Section 14, Sponsor will not replace any gift card that is lost, stolen or misused after successful delivery.

Taxes and Tax Documentation

Prizes are taxable income. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting the full value of their prize as taxable income on all applicable federal, state and local tax returns, and for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the prize, regardless of whether the winner receives an IRS Form 1099 or any other tax form from Sponsor. A winner’s personal tax obligations, including any related interest, penalties or tax preparation costs, are the winner’s sole responsibility and are not paid, covered or reimbursed by Sponsor. Each winner is also responsible for any other fees or costs associated with the prize that these Official Rules do not expressly state Sponsor will provide.

Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to a winner where required by law (currently, generally, where the prizes and other reportable payments a winner receives from Sponsor total $2,000 or more in a calendar year). Each winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, including a valid taxpayer identification number, before the prize is delivered so that Sponsor can meet any reporting obligations. Failure to provide a requested Form W-9 by the deadline stated in Sponsor’s request may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice, and winners should consult their own tax advisor.

Prizes will only be awarded to eligible winners who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or DC. Sponsor will deliver gift cards electronically to the winner’s verified email address after verification of the winner and receipt of the completed Prize Claim Documents (and Form W-9, if requested), within the time frame and subject to the procedures in Section 14. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to Section 12, Sponsor makes no representations or warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Giveaway, including its appearance, safety or performance. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. This disclaimer does not limit Sponsor’s obligations under Section 14 to deliver valid, correctly funded gift cards.

Best Buy and StockX are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, this Giveaway, and the use of their names is solely to identify the prizes.

7. PRIVACY AND RECORD RETENTION

Sponsor is responsible for the personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway. By entering, Entrants acknowledge the following:

What is collected: name, email address, social media handles and follower counts, Google Search profile claim status, and, if needed, the winner’s mailing details.
Why it is collected: to verify eligibility, track profile claims, conduct the random drawings, contact the winners and deliver the prize, and, with the winner’s consent, announce the winner.
Who it is shared with: Google, to verify profile claims, and service providers that help Sponsor run the Giveaway, including Upfluence, which provides the creator outreach and campaign management platform Sponsor uses to send Giveaway invitations. Personal information is not shared with anyone else, except where required by law, and is not sold.

How long it is kept: Sponsor keeps claim verification and drawing records for twelve (12) months after the end of the Giveaway Period and then deletes them, except that Sponsor may keep specific records for longer where required by law, or where reasonably necessary and legally permitted for tax compliance (including Form W-9 and Form 1099 records), investigating suspected fraud or abuse, resolving disputes or complaints, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Records kept longer are limited to what is relevant to that purpose, protected with reasonable safeguards, and deleted once that purpose has ended.
How to contact Sponsor: Entrants may send questions or request deletion of their personal information at google@iyagico.com. Sponsor will respond to deletion requests as required by applicable law but may keep the records described above where legally permitted. Requesting deletion before prize fulfillment is complete may prevent Sponsor from verifying an Entry or awarding a prize.

Information you provide to Google when claiming your Google Search profile is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.

8. WAIVER, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as provided in Sections 12, 13 and 14, Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility, traffic congestion, or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.

Release

By entering the Giveaway and agreeing to these Official Rules, each Entrant, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, releases and discharges Sponsor, Upfluence, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents involved in administering the Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, losses, damages and liabilities arising directly from the Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including claims based on ordinary negligence to the extent such claims may lawfully be released.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Entrant further agrees not to initiate or maintain legal proceedings against those parties for claims validly released under this section.

This release and agreement not to sue do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or any claim or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in this section restricts an Entrant’s nonwaivable statutory rights, prevents an Entrant from challenging the enforceability of this provision, or prevents reporting concerns to or cooperating with a government agency.

Nothing in this section relieves Sponsor of its obligation to award prizes in accordance with these Official Rules or comply with applicable law.

By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant also confirms compliance with these Official Rules and agrees to accept the prize, if awarded, as awarded.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against third-party claims, and related losses, damages and reasonable legal fees, to the extent arising from: (i) the Entrant’s breach of these Official Rules; (ii) the Entrant’s fraud, willful misconduct or violation of applicable law in connection with the Giveaway; or (iii) the Entrant’s misuse of a prize. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim or loss is caused by the fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party, or by Sponsor’s failure to comply with these Official Rules or applicable law.

Right to Cancel or Modify: If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, error, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Subject to Section 12, the Released Parties shall have no further liability to any participant in connection with such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

9. WINNERS’ LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES

To view the Official Rules, visit the link in the Giveaway invitation email during the Giveaway Period. To obtain a copy of the Winners’ List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to google@iyagico.com no later than 30 days after the Giveaway Period has ended.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, X, Best Buy, or StockX.

10. DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

Complaints

Questions or complaints about the Giveaway should be sent to google@iyagico.com with the subject line “Giveaway Complaint” and should include the Entrant’s name, the email address at which the Giveaway invitation was received, a description of the issue and any supporting documents. Sponsor will acknowledge a complaint within five (5) business days of receipt and will use reasonable efforts to provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. Review requests for missing or incorrect Entries are handled under Section 13, and prize delivery issues are handled under Section 14.

Before filing a lawsuit, the Entrant and Sponsor each agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after Sponsor receives a written complaint. Any applicable limitations period will be tolled during that thirty (30) day period to the extent permitted by law. This informal resolution step does not apply to small claims actions or where it is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law and Venue

These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally permitted, any lawsuit arising out of or relating to the Giveaway must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each Entrant and Sponsor consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section: (i) prevents an Entrant from bringing an individual claim in small claims court in the Entrant’s county of residence or in Los Angeles County, California, where that court has jurisdiction; (ii) deprives an Entrant of the protection of any consumer protection law or other law of the Entrant’s state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement; or (iii) requires an Entrant to bring a claim in a forum, or under a law, that applicable law does not permit.

11. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER

If any provision of these Official Rules, or any part of a provision, is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision or part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent legally permitted.

Sponsor’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Official Rules on any occasion does not waive that provision or Sponsor’s right to enforce it, or any other provision, on a later occasion. Any waiver must be given in writing by Sponsor and applies only to the specific instance described in it.

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any Giveaway invitation, email, social media post, advertising or other promotional material, these Official Rules control.

12. SCOPE OF RELEASES AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The release and agreement not to sue, the indemnification, the warranty disclaimers and the other limitations of liability in these Official Rules (including in Sections 5, 6 and 8) and in the Prize Claim Documents apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and no further. Each will be interpreted to have the broadest effect the law allows without exceeding that limit. Any release or indemnity in the Prize Claim Documents will be interpreted consistently with, and will not be broader than, Sections 8 and 12.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, and the Released Parties’ total liability to any Entrant for any claim arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will not exceed the greater of: (i) the Entrant’s actual, documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred to participate in the Giveaway; or (ii) where the claim relates to a prize awarded to that Entrant, the ARV of that prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules or the Prize Claim Documents excludes, releases or limits: (i) liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct; (ii) liability for violation of law where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or (iii) any other right, remedy or liability that cannot be waived, released or limited under applicable law, including under Section 1668 of the California Civil Code. Where any such right or liability is preserved, the remaining provisions of these Official Rules continue to apply as described in Section 11.

13. ENTRY VERIFICATION AND TRACKING ERRORS

Entry remains a single action: claiming a Google Search profile through the link in the Giveaway invitation email during the Giveaway Period. Entrants are not required to submit any additional information to enter. Sponsor will verify Entries using its claim-tracking records, its invitation records and, where needed, claim-status information from Google.

Reporting a Tracking Error

An invited creator who believes that a profile claim they completed during the Giveaway Period was not recorded, or was recorded incorrectly, may request a review by emailing google@iyagico.com with the subject line “Entry Review” no later than 3:00 p.m. ET on October 29, 2026. The request should include the creator’s name, the email address at which the invitation was received, the approximate date and time of the claim, and any available supporting evidence, such as a screenshot or confirmation showing the completed claim. Supporting information will be requested only from creators who submit a review request and from Selected Entrants, as described in Section 4.

Sponsor will review each timely request before either random drawing is conducted. A “documented tracking error” is a failure of Sponsor’s tracking systems or processes to record, or to correctly record, an eligible claim that reasonable evidence shows was completed during the Giveaway Period. If Sponsor confirms a documented tracking error, Sponsor will correct its records and include the Entry in the random drawing for the applicable invitation. If Sponsor cannot confirm the claim, it will notify the creator of its decision and the reason for it. Requests received after the deadline will be answered, but cannot be included in a drawing that has already taken place.

Eligibility and Disqualification Decisions

All decisions about eligibility, verification and disqualification will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and will be supported by reasonable evidence, such as claim-tracking records, invitation records, platform follower data, identity documents provided by a Selected Entrant, or evidence of multiple or automated entries. Before disqualifying a Selected Entrant for any reason other than failure to respond or to return the Prize Claim Documents by the stated deadlines, Sponsor will notify the Selected Entrant of the reason and give them a reasonable opportunity, of not less than forty-eight (48) hours, to respond. Sponsor will keep records supporting each disqualification decision in accordance with Section 7. Sponsor’s decisions under this section are final, subject to Section 10.

14. PRIZE FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY ISSUES

Delivery

Sponsor will deliver each gift card electronically to the winner’s verified email address within ten (10) business days after Sponsor has verified the winner’s eligibility and received the completed Prize Claim Documents (and Form W-9, if requested). A gift card is “successfully delivered” when Sponsor sends a valid, correctly funded gift card code to the email address verified and confirmed by the winner and does not receive a bounce-back or delivery-failure notice.

Reporting Missing Prizes or Invalid Codes

A winner who has not received a gift card within the delivery period, or who receives a code that is invalid, does not activate or carries an incorrect balance, must notify Sponsor at google@iyagico.com with the subject line “Prize Delivery Issue” within thirty (30) days after the end of the delivery period (for a missing prize) or after delivery (for an invalid code). The notice should describe the issue and include any error messages or retailer correspondence. Sponsor will acknowledge the notice within five (5) business days and will investigate, including by contacting the issuing retailer where appropriate.

Resolving Fulfillment Errors

If Sponsor determines that the problem was caused by Sponsor or its fulfillment providers, such as delivery to an incorrect email address that was not supplied by the winner, a code that was invalid, inactive or incorrectly funded when issued, or a failure to send the prize, Sponsor will, at no cost to the winner, reissue the gift card or provide a replacement gift card of equal value from the same retailer (or, if that is not available, a substitute prize of equal or greater value) within ten (10) business days after confirming the error.

After a gift card has been successfully delivered, Sponsor is not responsible for its loss, theft, unauthorized use or misuse, including where the winner shares the code or the winner’s email account is compromised, or for expiration dates, fees or restrictions imposed by the issuing retailer. Where a winner supplied an incorrect email address, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to cancel and reissue the gift card if it has not been redeemed, but is not otherwise responsible. Balance, redemption and account issues after successful delivery are governed by the issuing retailer’s terms, although Sponsor will provide reasonable assistance on request.
